Tiësto (Dutch pronunciation: [tiɛsto]) is a Dutch musician, DJ and record producer of electronic dance music. Tiesto (birth-name: Tijs Michiel Verwest [tɛɪs mixiɫ vərʋɛst]) was born on 17 January 1969 in Breda, North Brabant, Netherlands.
